Keneally told the board the plant has been conservative in forecasting hauled‑in waste but noted strong early receipts from Fairlife: "we have currently collected $871,000 in the 1st 0.5," he said, and indicated staff project higher totals as volumes increase. He described running the dryer as producing up to an 80% reduction in hauling costs in a trial and outlined RFP options (pay to take, free removal, or a revenue‑sharing partnership) for processed biosolids.
