Branch Connection reports rising participation, 15% cost recovery and NPS of 90

Branch Connection staff presented the third-quarter (3rd 0.25) report to the Farmers Branch Senior Advisory Board, highlighting revenue, participation and customer-satisfaction metrics.
Staff reported that the Branch Connection generated $25,497 in revenue for the quarter and that total quarter expenses were $156,642. Memberships accounted for about 73% of the quarter's revenue, activity and trip fees about 19% and rent about 8%. Staff said year-to-date program participants were 21,111 with 10,050 participants recorded in the quarter and membership scans for the quarter numbered 9,566 (a 9% increase from the prior quarter). "So our total cost recovery at the end of the 3rd 0.25 is at 15%," staff said during the presentation.
Staff also reported an NPS (Net Promoter Score) of 90 for the October 2025–June 2026 period and described the score as "exceptional." The presentation noted that revenue trends improved after a period of bulk spending earlier in the fiscal year and that reopening the building (staff said they returned May 12 with a grand opening June 10) contributed to renewed membership renewals.
