Cherry Valley Recreation Board adopts agenda, approves minutes and schedules next meeting for Sept. 3
Summary
At its June 25 meeting the Recreation Board adopted the agenda, approved minutes, set no August meeting, and scheduled the next meeting for Sept. 3, 2025. Motions to adopt the agenda, approve minutes and adjourn were moved by Dan Jarocki and seconded by Judy Prisby and carried by voice vote.
The Recreation Board convened at 6:20 PM on June 25, 2025, when member Dan Jarocki called the meeting to order and Deputy Village Clerk Heather Riley performed roll call. The minutes state, “Dan Jarocki moved to adopt the agenda. Judy Prisby seconded. All ‘AYE’ None opposed. Motion carried by voice vote.”
The board also moved to approve the minutes for the meeting and later adjourned at 6:50 PM after a voice vote on the adjournment motion. Under New Business the board recorded that there will be no August meeting and that the next Recreation Board meeting will be held on September 3, 2025, at 6:00 PM. The minutes were recorded by Deputy Village Clerk Heather Riley and later reviewed by Village Administrator Jim E. Claeyssen on August 18, 2025.
