Board approves Sheehy quote to decommission two clubhouse wells

The board moved to accept the Sheehy quote to abandon both wells, and the motion passed by roll-call vote 4–0.
Staff said Sheehy will coordinate demolition timing with the facilities work and will follow state and local well‑closure procedures.
