The Londonderry Select Board voted to approve the minutes of the Oct. 6, 2025 meeting and to accept payroll and accounts-payable pay orders. Chair called for the motions and members answered “Aye,” carrying the procedural items.
The board appointed Liam Elio (identified in the packet as recreation director) to the town hall renovation committee and confirmed Christopher Lasalle, Richard Phelan and Robert Trask to three-year terms on the Development Review Board. A board member noted there is still one vacancy on the renovation committee and encouraged interested residents to consider service. The board also authorized the town administrator to execute documents for the town’s FY-26 grants-in-aid application, noting a roughly 20% local match (approximately $7,000).
