Members of the Joint Comprehensive Planning Board reviewed pages 174 through 179 of the 2022 Revised Joint Comprehensive Plan and recorded specific text changes to multiple paragraphs and figures. The minutes state that "A new sidewalk was completed in 2024 that connects the Pulaski Middle/Senior High School complex and Selkirk Housing Development to the existing sidewalk infrastructure in the Village," and that language across pages should be revised to reflect that completion and to urge continued pedestrian infrastructure work.
Other edits recorded include removing a specific example reference to the National Trust for Historic Preservation's Main Street approach on page 178, replacing several paragraphs on pages 174–176 and renumbering figures (Figure 15 to Figure 14). The board also inserted language advising that "Zoning Districts should be reassessed to see if they meet housing demands." These are editorial updates recorded in the minutes; no new policies were adopted at the meeting and the minutes do not record a separate formal vote beyond acceptance of the meeting minutes.
