District staff presented the Minidoka County Joint School District 2025–26 Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP), student achievement goals for evaluation and a district Gifted and Talented three-year plan (2025–2028). The CIP packet provided mission and vision statements, specific performance targets for ISAT/IRI/EOCA metrics, and a description of community involvement used to draft the plan (parents, teachers, community partners and board review).
The gifted-and-talented plan describes identification procedures aligned to IDAPA and state law, program goals through 2028, and evaluation methods. The CIP and GT plan are included in the meeting materials as staff documents; action items on the agenda listed approval of the CIP, student achievement goals and the GT plan. District staff and administrators will present progress and metrics as the year advances.
