Attorney Patrick Barry explained the calculation of the Fair Solar Credit; trustees voted to change the credit to 0.0739 effective May 1, 2026. The actions were approved by the board and staff were directed to begin application and procurement steps for the lighting work and to update utility-rate materials to reflect the new solar credit rate.
