The motions passed in open session: the motion to solicit fuel bids was made by Vice Chair Mary Andersen and seconded by Trustee Jacob Claridge; a motion to increase the credit-card limit by $100,000 and authorize Daryl Kent to sign the application was made by Trustee Claridge and seconded by Vice Chair Andersen. The packet also contained detailed student activity fund reports and board financial summaries (multiple fund reports and voucher totals), with student activity grand total balances and year-to-date encumbrances included for review.
