Commission approves budget amendments, surplus property declarations and highway mapping edits

The Robertson County Commission approved several administrative resolutions including a budget amendment for state aid and funding five road infrastructure projects (Pleasant Grove, Cedar Grove, Road Hall, Maxey Jones and Matthews). The commission heard that those roads had been bid and that the amendment would fund the work.
The body also adopted resolutions to declare surplus county property — including older computers, cameras, laptops and iPads — and authorized disposition under Tennessee code. The highway department presented a brief resolution to remove about 877 feet of road from county mapping; commissioners moved, seconded and approved the administrative items.
