"We just have two houses on one parcel, and we just want to make sure to note that," Josh Bush said when he identified himself and described plans to renovate or rebuild a house on the property. Planning staff told commissioners the planning commission recommended approval by a 7–0 vote. Commissioners asked clarifying questions about a second driveway and neighboring zoning before a motion by Commissioner Roberts, seconded by Commissioner Jackson, carried (chair announced the vote as 23–4–0).
The chair advised the owner to follow up with zoning staff for any additional procedural steps.
