Board records follow-up questions on solar at well field, insurance rules for Village contractors, and post-project sewer capacity
Summary
At the May 7 meeting the board recorded three operational follow-ups: why the Town has been unable to install solar panels on the well-field property; why the Village requires all in-Village work (including by Amish contractors) to be covered by insurance; and what the sewer system's capacity is now that the sewer project is complete.

During the May 7 meeting the minutes record three outstanding operational questions for staff follow-up: the Town's inability to place solar panels on the municipal well-field property, the Village insurance requirement that covers work done in the Village (including by Amish contractors), and the present capacity of the sewer system after completion of the sewer project. The minutes record the questions but do not show answers; the items were recorded for later investigation.
The board did not resolve these questions at the meeting. The minutes note the items as topics for follow-up and schedule the next meeting for June 4 at 6:00 p.m. at the Snow Memorial Building, where members may expect staff updates.
