At an emergency meeting March 25, the West Bonner County School District #83 Board voted to enter executive session "pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)(d)" to consider records exempt from public disclosure. Trustee Paul Turco made the motion and Trustee Margaret Hall seconded; the minutes record a roll-call with Margaret Hall, Kathy Nash, Delbert Pound, Paul Turco and Ann Yount each voting "Yea."
The board later voted to come out of executive session on a motion by Vice Chair Margaret Hall, seconded by Trustee Kathy Nash; that motion also passed unanimously. After returning to open session the board took the emergency action under Policy 3520 and then adjourned at 7:00 PM. The minutes note there were no comments from the audience during the public-comment period.
