Committee flags quorum risks as membership falls to three

"I think we are back down to 3, commissioners on this committee," Chair Litware said, and the group agreed staff should help manage scheduling and coordination to stay on the right side of quorum rules.
Commissioner Hall volunteered to meet with communications staff and to attend the communications committee meeting next week to stay engaged. The committee concluded by asking staff to circulate meeting schedules and county-outreach summaries to the full commission to support recruitment and maintain transparent public records.
