Alderman Vincent Zaranti moved the resolution and Alderman Renee Smith seconded; the motion carried by recorded ayes in the July 15 minutes. The extension preserves the prospective purchaser's ability to continue evaluation of the site; any subsequent purchase would require final contract approval and compliance with city sale procedures.
