During public comment resident Caroline Rogers said she had not received the attorney’s letter and described communication on the matter as inadequate and distressing. Council President Tim McCarthy responded that communication had occurred earlier and declined to debate the matter at the meeting; the attorney and clerk indicated they would follow up.
