County approves 2025 Pay Equity report submission and month-to-month lease for N71 office space

County Coordinator Kelly Thongvivong asked the board to approve submission of the 2025 Pay Equity Report to the State of Minnesota; the board voted unanimously to file the report before Jan. 31, 2026. The Pay Equity Report is prepared every three years, Thongvivong said.
Thongvivong also reported that the lease for 432 square feet of office space at the N71 Building leased by SVE, LLC will change from annual to month-to-month effective March 1, 2026, and that monthly rent will be $558. The board unanimously approved continuing the month-to-month lease at that rate.
The minutes do not record further lease negotiation details or a longer-term plan for the space; staff follow-up is expected for any future adjustments.
