Becky Buchholz, SWCD Technical Coordinator, presented an amended Wetland Conservation Act application submitted by Bolton & Menk. The board approved the WCA boundary/type decision based on the amended application dated Nov. 19, 2025 and identified wetland #2 as incidental for no-loss under rule 8420.150D.
The minutes record the board's approval: "approve the WCA boundary/type Decision based on the amended application received on November 19, 2025, and identify wetland #2 as an incidental wetland for no-loss under 8420.150D." Appel also informed the board that the SWCD office and Cottonwood County will participate in a Performance Review and Assistance Program (PRAP) with the Board of Water and Soil Resources covering SWCD and county programs.
