After discussion the Ditch Authority reached consensus that a maintenance agreement addressing the driveway crossings must be in place before approval will be granted. The board recessed as the County Board to act as the Ditch Authority for the discussion, then adjourned the Ditch Authority and reconvened as the County Board.
The minutes record no draft maintenance agreement or specific terms; county staff indicated the agreement is a prerequisite to approval and that details would be addressed before formal crossing permits proceed.
