Items included re-designation of official county depositories and brokers, authorization for the Auditor/Treasurer to make electronic transfers, petty cash balances for county offices, a list of 2026 fees charged by county offices, and a $3,000 contingency fund for the County Attorney’s Office.
"Approve $3,000 Contingency Fund for the County Attorney’s Office in 2026," appears in the motion language voted on by the board after Commissioner Larry Anderson moved to approve the consent items and Commissioner Wayne Maras seconded. The consent action also set a one-time half-price tipping fee structure for city clean-ups (tipping fee and surcharge plus waste tax) and authorized the Solid Waste Department to pick up mattresses at citywide events for a specified pickup fee.
