Commissioner Brian Hope asked whether the applicant would install soundproofing; the applicants responded affirmatively. Attorney Rebecca Alexopoulos reviewed the draft motion. Commissioner Lee Filas moved to recommend approval as proposed; Commissioner Hope seconded and the motion carried 5-0 by roll call vote.
