Milford board appoints deputies, adds cosigners and confirms registrar roles

In addition, the board voted to retain Casey Eckler as an authorized cosigner on the Town Supervisor checking accounts and to add Eckler where required. All motions related to appointments and account signatories were approved unanimously. The board did not specify immediate changes to account controls beyond adding the named cosigners.
