Developer offers two Goodyear Lake parcels for donation; board tables decision

Town Clerk Rosemary Aborn reported that Daniel Sailler of Renewhydro called on Nov. 12 to say he purchased two parcels at Goodyear Lake (tax parcels 260.00-1-66.03 and 260.00-1-66.02) and "wanted to donate them to the Town."
The board discussed the potential gift and — without taking action — tabled the matter for further review at a later meeting. The clerk recorded the parcels' tax-map numbers to allow staff to prepare background information before the board takes up the question again.
