Supervisor Stephen McNally told the board he had started assembling information for a $300,000 grant package that would include gym/building work, a skid steer, and a $100,000 request for cabins at the beach; he said the board will revise the package as needed based on funding guidance. McNally also said the CDBG lakefront application would be submitted by the end of June or early July and could include handicap boat launches and tennis courts, with awards likely in November or December.
"Started processing information for the $300K grant; gym/building, skid steer and threw in $100K for cabins at the beach, will see what they come back with and make changes if needed," McNally said. The board did not vote on grant submission at the June 19 meeting but noted the items for follow-up and said supervisor and staff would attend related committee meetings later in the month.
