At the July 29 meeting the Board of Trustees authorized two intermunicipal agreements designed to secure services through partner municipalities.
Trustee Katie Cariello moved and Deputy Mayor Matt Hartzog seconded Resolution 2025-38 to authorize execution of an intermunicipal agreement to provide a court officer; trustees approved the motion unanimously. Trustees then approved Resolution 2025-39, moved by Trustee Matt Soleau and seconded by Deputy Mayor Matt Hartzog, to enter an intermunicipal agreement supporting the village park and recreation program; that motion also passed 5-0.
The minutes record the board's approvals but do not include the full agreement text or dollar terms; the resolutions authorize execution of agreements and delegate implementation to appropriate staff.
