Chula approves tree, electrical and concrete contracts; multiple bids awarded 4-0

The board also reviewed electrical bids (one at $3,200 and a lower proposal from Vadnais Electrical at $2,076) and approved the lower electrical bid. A concrete bid from Grand River Concrete for $3,850 was approved as well.
