The developer of Eagle Creek Townhomes told the Lake Villa Plan Commission that the project would be an eight-unit residential planned development at the southeast corner of Monaville Road and Cedar Lake Road.
The petitioner presented site plans, elevations, stormwater features and access routes. On pricing, the petitioner said "they anticipated in the range of at least $500,000," and stated the homes would be owner-occupied rather than rentals. Village Planner Scott Goldstein told the commission the petitioner is seeking rezoning to UR4 and that no other zoning relief was requested; Goldstein also reviewed the standards the commission must apply when evaluating preliminary and final approval.
