During the May 12 meeting, Mrs. Ashley Ordway delivered a Curriculum and Instruction report covering alignment of 5–12 financial literacy standards, upcoming benchmark assessments, and plans for summer-success programming and teacher summer hours. She noted incentives for iReady winners (a duct-tape wall event and an ice-cream party), summer work packets for students, use of the Wonders program, and online teacher training.
Miss Michelle Ordway, the Student Board of Education member, reported on athletics (baseball and softball), a STEAM Bus event provided by BOCES, and the proximity of Regents testing; she also noted a concert scheduled for the following week. These items were presented as informational reports and no formal board action was recorded on them.
