The clerk conducted roll-call votes and recorded unanimous 'aye' votes for the recorded members.
The meeting concluded after a motion to adjourn by Kyler Place, seconded by Edidt Ramirez, which passed on an all-yes vote. No additional substantive policy items were approved beyond the water plant bid contingency addressed elsewhere on the agenda.
