The Roberts City Council handled routine business at its June 9 meeting, approving the May 12, 2026 hearing and meeting minutes and later voting to approve the bills presented in the council packet. Councilmember Edidt Ramirez moved to approve the May 12 minutes, seconded by Kyler Place; Casey Burns moved to approve the bills, seconded by Kyler Place. The clerk conducted roll-call votes and recorded unanimous 'aye' votes for the recorded members.
The meeting concluded after a motion to adjourn by Kyler Place, seconded by Edidt Ramirez, which passed on an all-yes vote. No additional substantive policy items were approved beyond the water plant bid contingency addressed elsewhere on the agenda.
