Board approves payment abstracts, tables minutes and changes July meeting date

The Village of Minoa Board approved two payment abstracts and addressed several routine administrative items on June 15. Abstract #001 was approved for payment: General Fund vouchers 001–010 totaling $43,373.30; Sewer Fund vouchers 001–002 totaling $731.44; Trust & Agency vouchers 001–008 totaling $44,010.00. Abstract #002 was also approved: General Fund vouchers 011–054 for $111,264.56; Sewer Fund vouchers 003–017 for $102,884.30; Trust & Agency vouchers 009–020 for $59,271.52. Both motions were recorded as carried.
The board tabled approval of the May 18, 2026 meeting minutes and accepted the Treasurer's Report for the period ending May 31, 2026 (motion by Trustee Champagne, seconded by Trustee Christensen). Trustees also agreed to change July's board meeting date from July 13 to July 20. Attorney Courtney Hills reported nothing new. The meeting adjourned at 6:55 p.m.
