Commissioner Sally Reynolds said Mike Miller recently received a grant that provided around 25 bikes and has expressed interest in partnering with the committee to run a program focused on safety, repairs and health benefits. Mr. John Wilson and committee members discussed finding storage locations and exploring additional grant opportunities to support the initiative.
No formal commitment of village funds was made at the meeting. Committee members said they would look for possible storage sites and that Mr. Miller was seeking further grants to expand the program.
