Legislature approves bundled consent package of contracts, grants and intermunicipal agreements
Summary

Legislator Yudelson moved to move the remaining agenda as a whole (except specified items), enabling a bundled adoption of many routine resolutions and contracts. The motion (Intro. 396 M.66) was recorded 29–0.
Items adopted under that order include, among others: contract authorizations for engineering and architectural term services for Monroe Community College and Monroe Community Hospital; acceptance of multiple state and federal grants for public safety and public health (including COPS Technology and Equipment Program and various Highway Safety Program grants); intermunicipal agreements for sidewalk and detention services; and authorization of interagency agreements related to HOME Investment Partnerships Program and public safety. Committee reports and committee vote records are noted in the minutes for each item; where committee members declared interests, that is recorded (for example, Legislator Vazquez Simmons declared an interest prior to certain votes).
