Supervisor David Scott said the shed must be 100 feet from the creek and that the concrete wall would be 10 feet off the property line; the fence may go on the property line. Board members noted that part of a homeowner's shed and driveway in a nearby trailer park lie on Town property where the new construction would occur.
Supervisor Scott said he will consult with Attorney Halpin and prepare a letter to the homeowner explaining the encroachment and the steps needed to resolve it.
