Chair Frederick Van Magness led discussion of potential townside projects, including new Department of Public Works maintenance bays, transfer station renovations, a Town Hall space study and a roof to make the Kraine Meadow skating facility usable year-round.
Committee members also raised the possibility of revisiting the question of "CRUCON" as a site for reconfiguration and speculated — without formal recommendation — about moving SAU administrative offices to that facility to free space for gym renovations. The discussion remained exploratory; no formal project authorizations or funding commitments were made at the meeting.
