The Chair announced the preliminary and final site-plan application for 536–544 Washington Avenue would be continued to September 2 and that the applicant had agreed to waive time constraints. "We are adjourning that, that application to September 2, and the applicant has agreed to waive all time constraints," the Chair said.
Staff asked the applicant to provide a detailed exhibit showing the changes made from the original plans to the current submission and to include proper elevation drawings that staff said should be provided as part of a complete record. The staff member asked for the materials in short order and suggested giving the board and consultants time to review them; he said, "So they're gonna be asked to, you show that and and to provide an explanation for the changes because it shouldn't just be here it is and here it is."
