Resident urges improved plan access and asks how long disabled vehicles may remain parked

Police Chief Nabel answered that disabled vehicles are governed under section 30308 and the allowance is 48 hours. He further said recreational vehicles have a 12-hour allowance within a 24-hour period.
Mayor and staff acknowledged the website shortcomings and Whitman pledged to provide the technical materials to council and improve transparency.
