The Clark County Board of Zoning Appeals completed three docketed cases June 25: it tabled BZA‑2026‑17 (Reed) to allow the applicant to address setback measurements; approved BZA‑2026‑18 (Love) following an updated site plan and engineering input; and approved BZA‑2026‑19 (Campbell) with a condition requiring the structure be moved to 35 feet from the right-of-way. Motions were recorded in the minutes and each approval included standard site-approval and drainage conditions where noted.
Staff advised the board that eight cases had been submitted for the July 23 meeting and recommended starting at 1:00 p.m.; the board agreed. The meeting was adjourned at 3:08 p.m.
