The motion to approve the agreement was moved by Mrs. Katie Bevan and seconded by Mrs. Beth Vlerick; on roll call the ayes were: Mr. Joseph Cortese, Mr. Josh Ehati, Mrs. Beth Vlerick, Mrs. Kathleen Avalos, Mrs. Katie Bevan, Dr. Kristine Mackey and Dr. Eric Isenberg (via phone). The motion carried.
