Siskiyou County hears economic development update; timberland property expected to go into option Aug. 5

She also reported that the NorCal procurement fair last Friday brought more than 150 business attendees and over 30 participating agencies, which she said helps local businesses access contracts and build regional supply chains.
The presentation emphasized regional collaboration with corporate and economic-development partners to retain jobs and preserve industrial capacity. Brown closed by urging continued partnership and support as local officials pursue redevelopment and workforce stabilization.
