The motion to authorize the expenditure was made by Councilman Frank Snyder and seconded by Councilman Adam Deuyour; the roll call vote was unanimous.
Supervisor Chad Niles reported he contacted three local plumbing and heating companies for quotes and that test results have been sent to the project engineer; two of the three companies responded. The board recorded that Supervisor Niles will follow up at the next meeting. The motion was recorded consistent with Town Law §119, which governs the presentation of moneys received and disbursed by the Supervisor.
