The Planning Commission discussed a recurring practice of allowing applicants to request that plans be tabled without appearing in person. Commissioner Randy Duncan noted that former Planning Commission Chair Joseph Ricci had suggested requiring applicants to attend when seeking a table, but the commission never adopted that requirement.
The applicant for Hunters Glen (applications 2014-8 and 2018-30) requested the revised preliminary subdivision and land development plan be tabled. On a McDonald/Secary motion the commission voted to table the Hunters Glen plan.
