Court approves internal budget moves and FSA fee change; adopts computerized randomization for salary grievance committee

Separately, the county clerk described a new method for selecting salary-grievance committee members: instead of drawing names from paper slips, staff will use an electronic randomization of grand-juror names and present the top six picks to the court. The clerk read the six names generated by the randomized process and the court authorized the clerk to use the computer method and approved the generated list (items 49 and 50).
