Commissioners raised concerns about oversight, possible fraud in the sector, whether county approval could be rescinded, and asked for a simple business plan showing how many vehicles, staffing, the medical director and where the office would be located. The county made clear the state requires a county approval before an applicant can file with the Department of State Health Services. The court voted to table item 47 and requested the applicant provide a written plan and clarifications before the matter returns to the court.
