The City of Pateros City Council convened Feb. 20, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. and approved a slate of resolutions to pursue grants and execute contracts, appointed Ana Trejo to the Tree Board and waived a $196.22 water overage tied to a frozen pipe at 304 Pearl Street.
Clerk-Treasurer Kerri Wilson told the council that the "financial audit has started and should take approximately two weeks." The council adopted multiple resolutions—including applications for a solar grant amendment, water system-plan update, an EF grant for wastewater equipment, an RCO parks grant and a TIB transportation grant—and approved contracts for building inspection and facility upgrades. Council set its next regular meeting for March 18, 2024, at 6:00 p.m.
