Councilmember Bruce Henne noted that "the picture submitted show the existing home to have the same setback as the requested addition," and Frank Herbert said the ordinance language needs clarification; Clerk Kerri Wilson said staff would address and clarify the ordinance. No public comments were recorded during the public hearing; City Planner Kurt Danison read the staff report and the hearing was closed without public input.
