Member Malorie Ninemeier moved that the board "elect the following officers for 2025: • President – Fauson • Vice President – Terryn • Secretary – Ninemeier • Treasurer – Michaud," and Member Kermode supported the motion. The motion carried by a 7-0 voice vote, with the board recording the outcome as unanimous.
The election places Fauson as board president and keeps Terryn as vice president; Ninemeier will serve as secretary and Michaud as treasurer for the coming year. The action came at the start of the meeting convened at the district Administration Building and was described by the board minutes as part of routine organizational business.
