Council Member Steiner moved to approve the consent agenda and the motion was seconded by Council Member Whitlock; the vote recorded all members in favor. The consent agenda also included Res. No. 56‑25, a $400 change order to the All Seasons Arena project, which was adopted as part of the meeting actions.
