CAC to join July 4 parade; Ashokan Watershed to present flood resilience series

The council agreed to participate in the Fourth of July parade and discussed magnetic signage for the vehicle; Chair reported ordering signage to mark the council’s electric vehicle presence in the parade. Members discussed who would drive and logistics for sign production.
Committee member (S2) also announced an Ashokan Watershed presentation series titled "Water has a memory: past floods and future resilience," scheduled for Tuesday, June 16 at 4 p.m. (Olive Free Library), Tuesday, June 23 at 4 p.m. (Woodstock Public Library), and Thursday, June 25 at 4 p.m. (Phoenicia Library). She invited residents to attend and said she would post notices on the town bulletin board.
