The Prince George's County Board of Appeals on Jan. 15 approved the minutes of its Dec. 4, 2024 meeting and recorded administrative announcements about rescheduled or removed cases, including V7924 and V8624. Board staff said the removed cases lacked a certification of posting or awaited comments from an affected municipality and are expected to appear in February.
After concluding scheduled casework the board voted to approve the minutes by roll call (3–0) and then adjourned. Staff reminded attendees that virtual hearings are recorded and transcribed and told successful petitioners they will receive written decisions and follow-up from board staff regarding permit steps.
