Commission approves Wildflower Estates CCRs and final plat for 39.7-acre subdivision

The Lucas Planning and Zoning Commission approved two regular-agenda items related to Wildflower Estates on March 12: the commission approved the covenants, conditions and restrictions (CCRs) and then voted to approve the subdivision's final plat. Staff said the CCRs had been reviewed by the city attorney and recommended approval, and that the final plat conforms with the earlier preliminary plat previously approved by the commission.
Both motions carried 5-0. Staff noted no outstanding issues remain and that final engineering and platting conform with the preliminary approvals; any construction or infrastructure work will proceed under subsequent permit and inspection processes.
